launching its latest high quality gourmet product, Platinum & Gold Selection Iberian Ham. This product is probably one of the best Iberian Hams of Spain. One of the differences is the age: unlike others it is aged 20 to 24 months in respect of the highest standards and the truest traditions of Spain, but is specifically geared to American taste. During Campofrio’s premier tasting of Platinum & Gold Selection Iberian Ham at STK Restaurant, in the heart of New York City’s Meatpacking district, held on Tuesday, November 7th 2006, the well-known Chef Vincent Scotto described and explained the differences in cured hams and what separates Platinum & Gold Selection from all others.
