ICEX, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade, is organizing Spain’s information pavilion at the New York Library Association fair (NYLA'09) in collaboration with the Federation of Spanish Publishers’ Guilds (FGEE), which takes place in Niagara Falls (New York) from 14 to 17 October 2009. This action forms part of the Spanish book promotion plan called "America Reads Spanish".
