Course description: The Fancy Food Show takes place three times a year ((WINTER FANCY FOOD in San Francisco, SPRING FANCY FOOD in Chicago and SUMMER FANCY FOOD in New York). The Summer Fancy Food covers the east coast market and is the largest and most ample edition of show with respect to gourmet and specialty food items. The New York event will take place from June 28 to 30, 2009 and include the group participation of the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB).
This very international exposition, with Italian, German, Mexican, Turkish, Canadian, Swiss and French pavilions, among others, continues to grow and attract increased international attention.
Sixty-two Spanish companies will participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show under the FIAB pavilion, assembled as follows: 13 with IVEX, 5 with PRODECA, 9 with IPEX, 11 with EXTENDA, 2 with the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and 3 with the Chamber of Commerce of Navarre. The remaining 19 companies will exhibit individually.
In addition, the Foods from Spain department of the Trade Commission of Spain in New York will have an information booth at the show.
